When the Giraldo family moved from Colombia to the U.S. they began the process of buying their first home, but it was very difficult, mainly due to the language barrier; they did not speak English at all. This was a difficult task since it was a big investment and there weren’t too many real estate agencies that spoke Spanish.
Seeing this problem and after obtaining the Broker’s License, Carlos Giraldo decide to open “Giraldo Real Estate Group”, it was tough in the beginning, since the Real Estate market had just started to collapse because of the Sub Prime Mortgage crisis, but regardless of that they kept pushing forward.
In 2008 they hired the first two sales associates and hired two more later during that year. By the end of 2009, he had a work force of 8 Real Estate Agents (without including him).
Since 2007 Giraldo Real Estate Group has been focusing in the Hispanic Market, providing expert knowledge, trusted advice, and guidance to their client base.
